Send a Telegram reserves the right to refuse the right for refund of a transaction if the client can NOT prove a service failure.

Cancellation will only be accepted if transaction is cancelled within 1 hour of credit card E-receipt being dispatched to customers email address, excluding prepaid telegrams that can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase unless used before that. 

A US$7.50  cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
