Whilst Send A Telegram endeavour to meet all client expectation of a Telegram, on occasion there may be a service failure.  As in most cases we are not the carrier, we depend on many types of organizations to facilitate the delivery of your Telegram , such as international postal and telegraph authorities, couriers and agents etc. We do Not take any responsibility for a service failure that is out of our control. Such as the above mentioned carriers. This also includes places where the Telegram is made "Care Of", Hotels, resorts, cafes, restaurants, churches, reception centres, etc.

Our delivery standards are a guide only and NOT guaranteed. 

A standard telegram Lodged via Sendatelegram.com are normally delivered within 48 hours, this applies to Capital cities only. Places outside of these areas  may take longer. The TELEGRAM, previously known as UIT Urgent International Telegrams, will not always be delivered on our Telegram stationery as the Postal/Telegraph of any specific country will arrange for the delivery of the telegram as fast as possible using there own network. Delivery times are a guideline only not a guarantee. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the delivery times.  For public holiday add 1 day for weekends add 2 days. The more urgent Telegrams such as Overnight Delivery are required to be lodged by 4pm local  time, Same day by 12n local time and are not delivered on weekends. A same day telegram lodged on Friday after 12n is delivered the following local working day in most cases the following Monday.
