Credit Card Refund Policy

Sendatelegram P/L will refund the charge of a Telegram/s if the client supplies proof, that a service failure occurred, Such proof should include a Statutory declaration from the recipient that they did not receive a Telegram lodged by the sender (client). Claims will only be accepted 14 Days after the "claimed" lodgement was received by Sendatelegram P/L. NO Refunds will be given for Telegrams that have incorrect address's or if delivery has been attempted or refused.

General Terms and Conditions

Delivery times are guidelines only and NOT guaranteed.  Confirmation of Delivery is an additional fee (it is NOT a signature), but advise from our agents of delivery time and delivery date of Telegram. this process and can take up to 2 weeks to provide an answer to the client transactions are in US Dollars, however the receipt you get will be a conversion of US Dollars to Australia Dollars.

Any notices under this agreement must be sent by prepaid ordinary post, by facsimile or by electronic mail. This agreement is governed by the law in force in Australia, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning this agreement.

DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO ANY RESTRICTIONS IN FORCE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY AT THE TIME OF TRANSMISSION, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ANY
